Regional Food Bank Network

It takes cooperation, efficiency and strong partnerships to fight hunger. OFB's statewide network of regional food banks bring those words to life, ensuring that food is shared fairly throughout Oregon and Clark County, Washington.

How it works: Oregon Food Bank helps nearly one in five households fend off hunger by distributing food from a variety of sources through a statewide network that includes its four branches (in Beaverton, Ontario, Portland and Tillamook), 17 independent regional food banks and over 925 partner agencies. These local programs provide food directly to people who are hungry in the form of emergency food boxes, which provide a 3-5 day supply of groceries, hot prepared meals, or supplementalfood parcels. The Oregon Food Bank Network serves an average of 900,000 people a year.
