About OFB's new online donation system  

We've made a few changes to our online donation system to provide new features and better security for our donors and increased efficiency here at OFB.

Please note: After clicking "proceed to verification" on the second page of the donation form, you may see a blank screen. Please scroll up to see the information and to complete the donation process.

 New features:

• E-mailed donation receipts, sent within minutes of making a gift. Your e-mail is valid proof of your donation, but if you need a hard copy, contact 503-282-0555, Ext. 283 or 269.
• Create an account to make future donations faster and easier. (Your credit card information will not be stored).
• View online giving history (for gifts made using the new system)

• “Tell a friend."  Share you interest in supporting OFB with others.

• Sign up for e-mail correspondence. 

• Improved security. We now require credit card security codes before a donation can be made.
• Increased flexibility. Donors are no longer limited to two transactions in a 24-hour period.
• Increased efficiency. The new system decreases gift processing time, putting even more of your donation to work for hunger relief.

Please put the name of the drive in the tribute section of the form under "in honor of."

Attention OLAH participants!
Please write "OLAH" in the tribute section of the donation form under "in honor of." If you are making a team donation, please also add the name of your law firm.

Designate your donation

 Specify how you would like your donation to be used.

• General Support: Funds are used where needed most.

• OFB West Capital Campaign: Help OFB create an expanded, permanent facility to meet the growing need in Washington County. 

• Food Purchase Fund: Help OFB purchase food to supplement food donations.  For every dollar, OFB can move five pounds of food through its food distribution program.

• Fresh Alliance Program: Perishable products at or near their pull dates are collected from retailers, sorted by volunteers and distributed to hunger-relief agencies within 24 hours. 

• Advocacy: Finding long-term solutions in the fight against hunger.

• Nutrition Education:Offering hands-on cooking classes to community members who live with low incomes.

• Learning Gardens: Addressing the root causes of hunger through increased nutrition, self-reliance and community food security.

Donation Refund Policy

If you believe that an error was made in relation to your online donation, contact Laura Golino de Lovato, donor relations manager, at lgolinodelovato@oregonfoodbank.org or at 503-419-4174. We will work with you to correct any such error, and if necessary, make any appropriate refund or correction. Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for the original donation, or by an Oregon Food Bank check, if the item was paid for with a check or cash.
