Carrie Novak joined Oregon Food Bank in 2015 and leads the organizations’ financial and IT efforts. She brings a long history of expertise in finance and public accounting. Prior to the food bank, she led the fiscal efforts at River Network, an organization at the forefront of expanding national interests in protecting the waters of our country.
Carrie holds dual degrees, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science from Portland State University. She has served on the board of directors of the International Youth Silent Film Festival for over eight years, and has volunteered at the Pacific NW Film Festival.
Carrie enjoys our beautiful Pacific Northwest. You can often find her working in her yard or quietly sewing various projects while binge watching foreign films. She enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and pug in the country-side of Clark County.
