Join us for an innovative and celebratory pop-up dinner featuring Honey Mama’s bars as an ingredient in every course, highlighting the versatility of chocolate in both sweet and savory recipes. Your four-course meal will be lovingly prepared with armloads of local, seasonal vegetables, and will be both gluten and dairy free. Honey Mama’s bars are cocoa treats made with a base of raw honey and virgin coconut oil, plus cocoa powder, Himalayan pink salt, and either sprouted almonds or shredded coconut.

The event will be held in the gorgeous Ciao Vito restaurant space and will begin with a short, interactive discussion with Honey Mama’s Founder & CEO Christy Goldsby and Chef Ivy Entrekin. Wine pairings will be available for purchase. Please select a vegetarian or pescatarian option for your main course and specify any allergies in the “notes” section when you purchase your ticket. A portion of ticket proceeds will be donated to Oregon Food Bank.
